Machine slowing down when engraving

Hi guys, I don’t know why it is happening but when engraving the head is stuttering when shooting the laser. What could it be?

Ps: I noticed this when updating to the latest 1.7.00 version.

Solved: the laser mode was off.

You should set your laser as plain GRBL and not GRBL-M3.
