Machine suddenly stopped

I am halfway through etching a slate and the machine has suddenly stopped and this message came up, G-code locked out during alarm or jog state.

G-code locked out during alarm or jog state.

I tried switching it off and on again but nothing changed, How do I continue please or does this mean the machine has died?

I typed in ‘error code 9’ into the LB Search and it returned this earlier post. Have a read and see if you can see how it was dealt with.

Post your settings etc as was suggested.

Error 9 gcode lockout

I keep getting the dreaded error 9 gcode lockout. I’ve searched the forums and read all the different posts about homing, shock error, etc. I’ve tried all the different solutions and none have made any difference. I’ve also tried completely rebuilding my image, transferring it in as an svg, etc. My thinking was that maybe the image was a little too detailed (suspected this wasn’t the case but what the heck).
