I have an animal that I want to put on some wood but his eye (unburned area) is too small is the a way to make it larger with like a shape tool?
Use node edit or you can click on it and change size.
Any way to use a shape tool?
No.
Once the primitive has been drawn, you can only edit it as Dskall stated.
Select it, then go to the top menu bar and change its size either directly for the X and Y or use the percentage field.
Or use the Edit Node mode, then drag the nodes around to your liking. One caveat, if you’re circle hasn’t yet been change to a Path, you won’t be able to drag any nodes around since they’ve not been created yet. You MUST “Convert to Path” first.
[select object, select "Convert to Path from the EDIT dropdown menu.]
