Manually adjusting the size of my project

When I attempt to manually adjust the size of my project, the size(6 digits) becomes grey and the image disappears. This is new to me since I upgraded to the latest software 3 weeks ago.

I am wondering if your project could be locked to prevent adjustments being made by accident.

I have never used such a function but I’m pretty sure it exists in lightburn and may be the reason the adjuster is greyed out.

What language do you have the software set to, and what do you use as your decimal and grouping separators?

For example, in North America, the decimal point and comma are used, like this:

1,000.30

… where in Europe it’s more common to use:

1.000,30

There have been issues in the past where a someone had them both set to use the same character, which confused our parsing tools. If you can show a screen shot that can also help.

I use this feature when I adjust the size of layered projects. This has always worked for years but now it does not. I didn’t adjust anything regarding US/EU. If I attempt to change the smallest digit- that being the one the farthest to the left, then the number value grey’s out and the project image disappears. I can get the image back by undoing my last command and it says “undo the deleted?” But I didn’t delete it.

When that happens what displays Lightburn Undo History window?

.

Can you share the .lbrn2 file?

When you say “attempt to change the smallest digit”, what key are you typing to change it? Have you modified your hotkeys at all? If so, have you made it so “backspace” or “delete” is key to delete shapes, by chance?

Problem solved!!! I should have known! Reboot the PC. It was a Windows issue. Thank you everyone for your help!
