Maybe a bug, maybe not?

I’m running 9.18 since yesterday and have started a new project. I’ve been using the area outside the bed for staging and editing and counting on the “no-cut” feature of LB to ignore the parts.

Just coincidentally, I hit the preview today and discovered that the entire project area is slated for cutting. I’ve check the only location I know to check (Settings, Ignore out-of bounds) and find that it is not engaged.

I’ve searched the forum for related posts and the only one that applies is the ignore option, not applicable in this case, I believe.

I can work around this simply by selecting the block to be cut and using “cut selected” until I’m able to figure out the change.beak towel hanger box.lbrn (654.3 KB)

File attached.

Hey Fred. I reconstructed your post and read it like this in my logic:

So it sounds like the setting IS working (ignore is set to NOT ignore if it is off) image

You need this setting on if you would like to:

Apparently the brain cells have refused to fire for me today. I should have just toggled it to see what happens. Equally apparent is that the update caused the toggle to flip. Now that it’s on, the preview works as expected.

Thanks!
