Hey there,
I switched from Laserweb to Lightburn. The Software is very cool, but i miss an option to send a message if the job is done?
For Example:
REST API
Generate a file after the job
Trigger a batch file
Is there an option to do that? I generate the message by myself, if it possible to get an trigger.
Thx your answers.

As a policy, we do not provide any feature that would encourage users to be away from the laser while it’s running. That’s how you get laser fires. We understand that other software may have such features, but we want to be sure we never have a hand in any property loss, injury, or worse.

Thanks for the answer. So I have to do a workaround for this. For my safety I installed a smoke detector. Topic can be closed.

If you insist on running it unattended I highly recommend buying a heat alarm that can actively stop the machine if fire is detected. Like this: https://www.thunderlaser.com/what-laser-cutter-can-create/how-the-heat-alarm-detector-works.html
