When I try to use the measure tool, the tool shows selected, the screen goes grey, and no window pops up. Line segments show being moused over, but that is the only thing that works. I have to shut MillMage down to regain control.
I did see a reference to v0.9.x where whe Measure Tool was functional, but had some small issue.

Did the window perhaps pop up off-screen? If that’s the case, Windows Key + Up will force maximize it, and hopefully move it on screen.
My 27” is the only active monitor, and the laptop screen is disabled. I thought it mignt be behind, so I minimized everything else, and no joy.
I expect it has to be somewhere because everything else is locked. It might be out in LaLa land, so is there some way of telling it to center on the screen?
Update:
I minimized everything and saw a little white bar in the lower right corner. Drug that out and got control. Just lucky it was not farther over!
We are back in business! 
Try holding the Windows key and hitting the arrow keys. That’s the Windows shortcut for align to corner. Or Windows key + Shift + M for maximize.
I will keep this in mind. I always wondered what the “Windows Key” was for. 
Admittedly I am not a Windows keyboard person.

If you hold shift key when launching the measure tool it will restore the default window location. This can work for most of the LightBurn tools that use a window.
