MillMage not saving layer names

Hey folks!

I may be doing something wrong, but when I create a MillMage project, and I assign all of my shapes to individual layers, and I name them, when I save it and reload the same project, all of the layer names are gone.

It has been like this since I started using MillMage with RC6.

Is there any options or tick boxes somewhere that controls this? Am I doing something wrong somewhere? Is it not yet implemented?

Mine is the same. However, I named the Operations, which have been assigned Layer colors, and never noticed naming the Layers too.
