Console tells me: Waiting for connection…
Device manger tells me the USB cnc is there but has no driver
I have used the box before with Autodesk 123
Its a typical Chinese 4 axis controller
It says MINI-CNC Engraving Machines on the box and its a 3040
But still no chatter between PC and mill. Can you help, perhaps with the driver.
What do you see in Windows Device Manager when you connect the CNC? If you see a Port with CH340 mentioned, the driver is installed.
Does Windows make a tone when you connect and disconnect?
Have you selected the correct baud rate in MillMage?
What does the Console window show when you connect the CNC?
Is the CNC Emergency Stop button released?
Do a screen capture (WinKey+CTRL+S) to show us what is listed in Device Manager.
