Good morning i have a few questions about my laser my one mirror is not centre and at the top my laser engraves a bit blur and at the bottom it engraves fine
I guess your question is what you can do to get consistently good quality from your laser…
You are already on the way to a solution when you have recognized that one of your mirrors is not centered properly.
Here is my list of what is needed to get a proper laser beam.
- all mirrors and lenses must be intact and clean
- Laser tube and power supply must be in good working order
- the laser beam must hit the center of all mirrors and exit the nozzle perpendicularly
- the laser beam must be correctly focused
- the distance from the laser nozzle to the entire machine bed must be the same
I may have forgotten something, but this is my work list.
Just one thing from the list is missing, or a single mirror is off center and the machine does not work as it should.
