When it’s machine specific like this, it might be wise to post in the Ortur section. The machine is making your circles flat, so there is an issue.
Let’s hope @OrturTech can come to the rescue. He can probably nail this…

have you checked for stepmm of X and Y?
take a ruler place it near the laser head then fix a 0 point. Move the laser head in Y by 50mm and look at the ruler if the laser head has moved exactly 50mm. Make same on X
In LB there is a tool under “machine settings” called “axis calibration” or something like that, use that tool to modify stepmm if necessary
And triple-check belt tension…
