When using Creality Falcon 10W, the laser is missing lines and causing some to be extra dark. Amy ideas as ro why this is happening? We have ensured that belts are tight and lens is clean. We’ve done numerous other projects and we just recently started seeing this.

What do you gain by running at 45 degrees angle on a photo?
Just trying something different with a round piece of wood.
Looks mechanical.
Belts? Check
Lens? Clean.
Set screws? What set screws?
Ok. Try same image at 00 angle and see if the anomaly disappears , too.
Mike, I see this as an accumulated error rather than a mechanical. Scanning on 45 degrees, the error follows the 45 degrees. Line spacing artifact, IMHO.
I’ve had this same issue, and it went away when I turned up some air assist. My conclusion was that some debris buildup was blocking my beam intermittently.
