Running into what seems to be a bug in the project setup. Even though I have inches selected the next screen is showing me MM. If I toggle to MM and then back to Inches it corrects itself so no big deal just looks like a bug possibly. This is on MAC OSX 26.6.2

It does update as expected in advanced setup this seems to be a quirck in the beginner setup mode. I took a screen recording video but it wont let me upload it, happy to upload it somewhere else if it helps.
I was actually unable to replicate that in Mac OS or Windows.
When I select inches the material size also is in inches

I was actually able to replicate this with a fresh install of RC 6 this morning.
On the very first launch I saw the millimeters for the material setup and subsequent settings even though I had selected inches.
I then went to File, New Project. Then the setup was normal.
After that I couldn’t replicate it anymore.
Were you able to replicate this again? Please let us know so we can put this to rest.
I can still replicate this behavior. I also tried File New Project as you described and the new project was correct but when I closed the application and opened it back up and went through the initial project setup again it was incorrect again (inches selected but MM displayed)

Yes same behavior still exists in RC7.
This time around I tested both on OSX and Windows 11. Both exhibit the same behavior
