Monport and Lightburn no longer connect through ethernet

still not reading my machine

Time to get more information so the hive mind can ponder the situation:

• Photo of the machine display showing the laser’s IP address
• Screenshot of the LightBurn Device Settings showing the laser’s IP address
• Screenshot of the Windows ipconfig results
• Does the machine controller’s display show the network is connected?
• Screenshot of the Windows ping of the laser’s IP address from the PC
• With the laser turned off, screenshot of the Windows ping when you ping the laser’s IP address

Type those commands in a Command Prompt window that you start by hitting the Win key and the R key, then typing cmd into the run dialog box.
