Hello I need help! I have a montport K40 and I cannot get it to fire. The test button works it is not the switch on the lid and I tried replacing in the network cable and the suggestions from monport. What is really weird is when I turn up the speed and boost all the way in the move tabduring a cycle it will then start burning at a very low 3MA but when I press the test button it goes up to 18 (but will not fire in the normal circumstances). Cant get his puppy to fire!
What have you set your parameters to for this layer?

Yes and no it has not. I did just enable the fire button and that also does not work. 
But it does Show the red white and go through the program of the image (it wiill fire and cut when I hold down the test button on the physical unit)
what is your max and min power and your speed?
Turns out it was my S value. Video on you tube had instructions device settings change from 255 to 1000 ($30 from entering $$ to see $30 shows it to be 1000 not 255)
First day with the montway k40 in lightburn. New unit. Still my images and homing/lazer moving controls se3m to be backwards? It wont let me preview frame prints backwards from the priview and often tries to send the lazer off the workable area maxing iut tonthe sides and making a terrible noise. I thought this all might be plug and play but I am very wrong lol. Much nore complicated than k40 wisperer but seems to be much faster and more precise. Any ideas on the backwards controls and print?
Well I restarted lightburn and im having the low power lazer issues again. Lol. Lots of leaning curves here it seems
Make sure Origin is set to top-left in Edit->Device Settings.
