Monport Onyx-R won't burn a fill layer

I just got the Monport Onyx-R and have run a few files successfully. However, I wanted to engrave and cut some 1/8-thick acrylic. I tried to run the lettering, and nothing happened. It revs up, but there is no movement. So, I tried to cut a layer with “cut selective graphics” toggled on, and it worked fine.
I have a custom computer running Windows 10, using Lightburn 1.7.01, DSP.
This is what I have tried so far.
I thought it might be a transfer error and read that you can reset the connection by right-clicking the “Devices” button, but nothing happens when I right-click “Devices”. When I right-clicked on the COM selection, it asked if I wanted to exclude the COM port, so I did. That didn’t work and now I can’t get the COM port back, I am supposed to be able to right-click on the COM selection and include the COM port again, but there is no option to include that COM or any other COM.
I have not tried to completely uninstall Lightburn, only because I have 2 other lasers that I don’t want to screw up as well.
I have tried different USB ports, removing the laser from Lightburn and adding it again, and swapping out cables that I know work, but still no change.
Here is a screenshot of the COM it wants to connect to:

Here are screenshots of my settings.

Sorry, can you move this to the Lightburn Hardware compatibility categories, please?

Are you aware that layer 00 Black and Layer 01 Blue are turned off? Set to no output.

You did not show the file or the preview, so we left to guess what it is you are trying to get done. My crystal ball is broken ,:scream:

You are correct, I should have included that the Black is just a workspace frame, and the blue layer was a cut layer, which worked. Red is the one that would not burn and why I posted a picture of those settings.
I hope your crystal ball gets fixed soon.

It is somewhat fixed. I had to redo the file from scratch and start with the engraving, but after that, it is hit or miss on if it will burn again. Even some of the files I have started and tried to run, but they won’t burn.
