i just get my sculpfun s30 ultra and put it togather ,when i want to plug the power to the machine it didnt work, there is power in the adapter 24volt but the machine is dead. any suggestions
Does the light in the power rocker switch come on?
Can you explain what you mean by “dead”?
No nothing happen i turn the key on and switch on the red light but no light or power in it
Did you release the emergency switch?
Of course i did, i tried every thing and its not working, i contact sculpfun support telling them whats happening and send them a video, they have to replace it otherwise i will not pay and return the cutter
They usually replace without any hassle. I think there was a batch of boards with a defective power switch shipped at some time.
If you know someone that can replace the power switch, you can repair the original board and have a spare one in case the replaced board breaks down at any time
