I have been a lightburn user for 3 plus years. In the past year, my mouse is skipping in lightburn. I only use one computer and run lightburn. I have an updated license. My mouse curser does not skip in any other program nor on my computer anywhere else.
What I mean when I say skip: I grab an object and try to take it from the left of the screen to the right. My curser grabs it, but then the object and my curser disappear and re-appear farther then I intended it too. OR: I try to go to a menu item, like Tools or Edit, and my mouse will simply “vanish” or “jump” on the screen. It slows my production down because I am constantly having to reselect or fix what was done.
It is not a mouse issue. I don’t have problems in ANY other software on my computer.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled lightburn as of 12/8/2025 and still having the same issues.
