Move to centre button

I have been trying to make some wooden coins but have issue please please please help…
I have wasted £200 of material trying to correct this

See pic one so 35 coins 7x5 sorted move to centre button sorted

Engrave perfect when I set cut its off by around 5mm checked everything possible so today I copied front and rear overlayed them they match exactly.
Its at this point I found the issue clicking centre button on each job produces like an offset ‘

So when running job fron and rear are in different places to my amazement can you please assist ???
I want to rely on move to centre button as I did without question until I seen for myself that something was wrong

If possible, attach your .lbrn or .lbrn2 save file so we can take a look.

Could you also explain your workflow step by step?

Protip: using corrugated cardboard until you’re certain everything works as expected saves both money and time.

Source: been there, doin’ it that way.
