changed computer, now it tells me I have exceded licence numbers.
I have only got it on my house pc, cannot activate on new pc,
hoping one of you smart guys can help.

If you have had LB on other computers before (3 pcs.), then you need to release at least one of them first.
Try to get the answer here, if not then write to LB directly, they are usually very responsive.

This top right menu is another way to get to the docs Bernd shared:
If you can’t log in to the license management portal, we might need to associate your license key with your name and email first. In this case, send your license key to support@lightburnsoftware.com, and we’ll do this for you.
