Multiple passes on the same line?

Hi there.

I have a few DXF files I’ve imported, I’ve butted them all together so some lines are touching. NOT overlapping. When I run the preview I see the laser ‘cuts’ some of the overlapping lines twice, not all of them, just a few, there doesn’t seem to be a pattern to it, but I suppose there must be.

Do I need to do more than just ‘Remove overlapping lines’?

If the lines are close, but not perfectly overlapping, the overlap code might not remove them. It also doesn’t work if two lines overlap only partially.
