my laser doesn’t operate at 100% power

Hello, I’m discovering LightBurn. I’m using a machine with a 20W laser and two 2-pin cables on a CNC 3018 board. When I run an engraving with LaserGRBL, everything works fine, but when I try to engrave with LightBurn, my laser doesn’t operate at 100% power, even when I set the power to 100% in the settings.

What could be the possible reasons for this?

In most cases the s-value max in device settings is set to 255 instead of 1000 as set in most firmwares. Check this first.

Hello,
I had already checked my two settings:
machine settings > $30 is 1000
device settings > S-value max > 1000

Have you selected the correct version of GRBL (without any extensions)? Sometimes the Find My Laser selects the wrong Device type.

Maybe show the device settings window and your LB window including the laser and layers window. Did you make sure you use mm/min and not mm/s?
