My laser head is only doing one miniscule square. I have put the measurements in for my project and that is all it's doing

I believe this is a lightburn software question. I have a Sculpfun laser S6 Pro. Operating system is GRBL WINDOWS 10

Perhaps you are thinking in inches, but LightBurn is set for millimeters: a design 1/25.4 the size you expect would surely qualify as “minuscule”. :grin:

You can set the default design units:

Then change them on the fly in the Numeric Edits toolbar:

You should probably unlink the design and control units to keep the Sculpfun happy:

If that’s not it, the screenshot @Dskall requested should help pin it down …
