Is this a new problem? Have been able to successfully run your laser before this issue? Where is origin defined in your Lightburn settings? Can you screen shot it?

From what point are you starting your burn? Absolute, User Origin or Current Position?
You are issuing the home command ($H) and the controller is having an issue trying to complete it. This has nothing to do with lightburn, it’s how the controller is acting.
Have you added home switches or were they on the machine stock?
I have to assume they were there and worked or your configuration would be different. Seems some machines will allow you to change them, where they are kept, and others do not. Sometimes there is a firmware change that can remedy this. Some will retain it until a reset/reboot occurs.
Look at all of the switches to see if any are stuck and that they become active or are triggered when the head/gantry home.
I would expect some different types of error messages… but I don’t know your machine.
