Hello, I must point out that I still have not been able to get my machine to cut or record anything properly. It has always had some failure.
I have tried to record some images in the cutter, first one image and then two by two, always with the same failure.
In all of them, the left side moves and is blurry. What seems strange to me is that even having the two images, it is only one side and not by the axis of the machine. Any idea how to solve this?

Hi @Taina is the paper slightly curly? It looks it in the image. The material needs to be flat and all parts of the material at the focal point of the laser beam.
I am not sure what you mean by “record” can you try another description? I strongly recommend our “getting started - first project” guide
I use magnets to make the paper stick to the base. by record I mean to put the image on the paper.
I think I did it but I will try again, because I don´t know if was that or other.
