I just put together my new Ortru master 2 laser. I am a newbi to laser engraving. My problem is that the y axis only jogs in one direction. Sent problem to tech support and was told to tighten the y axis belts. I did this put still have the same problem.
What happens when you attempt to go in the other direction? Do you hear anything? Is there any movement at all?
Do all other jogging controls work as you expect? Left goes left, right goes right, etc?
