My software crashes as soon as I plug in my laser

Hello everyone,

I have a xtool d1 10w laser + lightburn since a few month and everything worked good.
But since a few days, when i open lightburn and plug my laser, i can’t use the software.
it’s totally blocked. I can’t press any button on the software and it make a sound when i try to click somewhere.
I tried to desintall LB + delete all the files. I changed my usb cable. I update my mac. Now i have MacOsBigSUR 11.7.3.

I have to quit LB everytime and i have a error message.
I post the beginning of the message here.

Does anyone know what’s happen please ??

Not sure if this is a solution for you but I do not open lightburn until I’ve connected and powered on my D1. I’ve found funny things happen in LightBurn if I have it open before I connect the D1.

This type of thing is often a problem with the Rosetta translation layer.

You can force a reinstall with this command in a Mac Terminal:

softwareupdate --install-rosetta
