The machine used to work well but recently we have not been able to use to do to the machine disconnecting as soon as it starts. Tried a new cord and different ports on my computer. Uninstalling and reinstalling Lightburn and xtool as well as updating computer. It will run for 3-5 seconds and disconnect. Its very frustrating, any tips will be greatly appreciated.
