Can anyone help me about this please
I cant get the right setings for engraving the photo.
My settings is speed 300 mm and the power is 32 %
Why cant i get the fine lines as in the first enclosed pictures. The blue picture is a vector Im using J tech rotary
In an earlier engraving it
did well with thin lines

There is a shift in both X and Y, so that would rule out slipping on the rotary. The exception would be it is both slipping and traveling on the rollers.
I would think it is in the design file as a second layer or sublayer creating the second pattern.
I think it’s only on the vertical axis, whichever that might be in this picture, because the “N” shows only vertical enlargement:
However, the goblets show the doubling is parallel to the rotary axis, so it’s backlash in the linear axis, not the rotary:
The settings have nothing to do with this: it’s entirely a mechanical problem in the X axis.
Look for a loose setscrew in a belt pulley, a loose screw holding the belt in place, a loose something in the X axis between the motor and the laser head.
This guide for Sculpfun lasers gives many of the places to look:
With the power off, try moving the laser head back-and-forth by hand while feeling for any looseness.
