Need to delete old computer

Need to delete old computer and add new.
I am locked out now because LB doesn’t recognize my PW.
Actually I have LB on my office computer which is an iMac 27".
Am sure I deactivated old iMac in shop that went bad. Activated my new Mac mini that is in shop now.
Can still use LB on the Mac mini, won’t let me use LB on my office iMac.
Have no idea what I have done…

Finally got this cleared up. Deleted everything and started over.

Can I have this attached with Samsung tablet, I cant connect it with the computer for the reasons. Please answer the query.
