i have installed a new camera. I am running version 9.23 and it isn’t showing up at all.
Under which OS?
i am using windows 10. we purchased the camera from lightburn.
Do you hear a ‘ding’ when you plug it in? (IE, does Windows know it’s there?)
Do you see the camera in other apps?
Do you run anti-virus software that could be preventing LightBurn from using the camera?
thank i will find out from our IT department if it is blocking. my controler is a riuda 644xs
