New computer cant connect to laser

Hi,
I’m having problems connecting my laser to my new computer.

I have downloaded the software and driver. I use a DSP (TL-3120) controller.

I have tried extracting the zip file. Also I tried following a link from a previous post and ran the exe file. I have been every which way with this that I can think of.

Does anyone have any suggestions? There is probably a simple solution but as it stands, I am at a complete loss as to what to do next.

I use a DSP (TL-3120) controller.

This is a Trocen controller. You need to install the software that comes with this controller, known as LaserCad, to install their driver first.
