So I purchased my laser from Boss - My computer crashed and I need to redownload light burn onto a new computer.
How can I retrieve my license key?
Looking into our systems, I do not find you. This can happen when you purchase from one of our resellers. The key may still be in their name.
If you no longer have the materials provided with your laser, including the LightBurn License key information, you will need to reach back to Boss directly as we do not have access to their systems. They should be able to provide this information to you.
Once you have the key, please send via email to: support at lightburnsoftware dot com and ask to have the key associated to you and in your name. That way, you will have access to manage this information and your key directly, without this initial level of effort.
