My laptop fell and broke and can’t be fixed. How do I get my copy of LightBurn to download on a new laptop? Thanks.
You have the option to install LB on 3 computers with one license. Simply install a new downloaded version and install it with your license key. In the license manager you can deregister the computer that is no longer working.

Lightburn sends your key to the email you gave them when you registered. It should be in your email. If you didn’t purchase it from Lightburn, I don’t know what to tell you.
Use the license management → license portal link here, or at the top right of the main tool bar.
Worst case you might have to email support and let them try and dig it up for you. Usually it’s in your email.

I found the key. I went to download but don’t remember which version I had. How can I find out the correct release to download? Thanks
Can you log into the license portal in the license management tab if the upper right corner of this screen? It’ll tell you when and if you’re renew expired.
You can also email support and ask what is the most up to date version you can use.
Another option is to renew your license and get the most up to date.
