New iMac that needs my license to play

Hi OZ & Team,
Could you help please, my Mac died (rip my old friend) So I bought a new one (howdy new partner) I’ve tried to log into the License Portal but can’t get in for my license code, could you please assist in retrieving license so I may continue my Lasering Life.
