I just downloaded lightburn on my new laptop and it won’t connect to my laser. APLazer. Using ruida controller
What OS are you running? Have you checked that your Ruida shows up in your system devices?
What connection type are you using ? USB Serial / USB Packet / Ethernet?
Windows 10home. It shows ruida. USB serial
When you installed the software, did you install the driver at the end? It’s called the FTDI driver, which is the name of the chip in Ruida controllers that handles the USB connection. You can just re-install LightBurn and install that driver at the end and try again. Your settings should stick around.
i don’t recall seeing that. Unfortunately I no longer have my computer as I dropped it off for repair. I will have to revisit it in a day or two.
