I recently switched to a Ruida controller. Lightburn is not responding to it. Can I reinstall lightburn so it detects the controller or do I need to have admin update license?
If you’re switching from a gcode based device to a Ruida controller then you’ll need to upgrade to the DSP license.

How do I do that? Helping a friend. She had this controller using Thunderlaser. She bought the license for Lightburn but it would not allow for the rotary
Now I’ve installed the new Ruida controller and tan it with my computer setup for lightburn. Everything works. Her computer will need to be upgraded to the correct one.
The controller in the photo is a DSP type controller so the license for that SHOULD work with the Ruida.
