New to light burn , is there a range finder ? and mo1 between layers , opt stop

have been using laser engraver 3.0 software a year no matter shape round ,rectangle ,or font ,i just hit range finder to size and position burn on material , so far i have been adding line layer at 4% power first a circle , rectangle , then stop before burn ( reason for m01 opt stop ) thanks its g-code , running Linlee 5 and 10 w 3040 and 4040

I believe you are looking for is the Frame function

This is located on the Laser Panel
YOu have square frame and elastic frame functions

You will require your frame settings to be set on Edit → Device settings menu

thank you got it , is there a way to turn laser on weak for viewing ?

I am assuming you are running 1.5.01

Edit _> device settings

if you are using <1.5 you will need to go to Move panel after enabling fire button and laser on framing
in move panel theres a fire button in front of it there is a box you need to put to 1% (or yourdesired power)
