New User Trial Problem

Hi, Im a brand new user & I signed up for the trial yesterday. I tried to go on it again tonight & its booting me off, saying my trial has run out. I was under the impression I get 30 days to see if I like it. Any idea whats happening please?

  • Ive tried uninstalling & reinstalling & its still happening
