I just upgraded a few days ago… I have a Snapmaker A350 with the 10W laser, with the latest firmware. Connected via USB to my laptop.
I was going to do the new materials test function, but when I try to jog the machine using lightburn it will only move about 1cm to the right and back. It makes no difference if I hold shift while clicking the arrow buttons.
In the Laser window - do you have ‘SnapMaker’ as the controller (bottom right)?
In the Console window - do you see the welcome message from the controller board on the engraver?
some of the Move hot-keys were changed but the Jog buttons in the move window should work. Be sure that the Distance (across the Move window from the jog arrows) is large enough to see.
