New windows laptop and it won’t connect or even find my laser

I have just got a new windows laptop and when I try to set it up and find my laser it doesn’t find my HPC laser at all. Any help appreciated.

Also as Iv just got this laser would the camera be beneficial to assist me engraving into say personalised hammers and bottle openers etc? Are they easy to fit and are the still available? Thanks all

I see you have an HPC 6090 Pro listed in your profile. If that has a Leetro controller, it is unsupported and will not work with LightBurn.
