I am trying to generate a basic test QR Code to engrave and scan. I tried testing the QR code that I generated, WiFI and Contact info, but neither will scan. I tried my phone and my girlfriend’s phone. I know it is something very basic. I just started using this software. I followed the video tutorial that is from the “Help” section of the software. What am I doing wrong?
I just hit the preview and then scanned it and it worked. But it wont scan directly from my screen.

How is it “Not working” for you? On screen or lasered into a material?
If it’s not filled on screen, it won’t read. Go to Window Menu> View Style> select Filled/Smooth

It isn’t working on screen unless in preview/playback. I just engraved some wood and it worked on there.
