Newbie with layers problem

Hi I am new with the software and I really love it, but I have one problem that I do not know how solve it.

I have this Lightburn file with the things like I want, there some laurel leaves behind the logo, but on lightburn I cannot see them. The leaves and text are curves (bottom layer) and the logo is an image (top layer).

But when I burn the file on the laser the leaves that are on the bottom layer are engraved before, and after that the image is engraved on top o the previously engraved leaves, that are not visible on the program but are engraved.

How can I made that the leaves that are behind the logo does not engrave?

Thank you very much

Thank you for the question. To remove the section of “laurel leaves” you want so they do not engrave, you can use the drawing and Boolean tools.

I drew a shape similar to that of the “logo” and then used Boolean Difference/Subtract to remove the undesired parts of the leaves. You could use a simple rectangle to do the same as you are not needing to remove much.
