No connection after upgrade

Just upgraded lightburn and now none of our Mac finds any of our lasers. We have no Wi-Fi here at the warehouse so we can’t use the lasers, (besides using the old PC with RD Works).
I’ve deleted all the old devices, tried find my laser with no luck. Tried to manually add the lasers with no luck as well.
Please help!

Reboot the Mac - does it see the laser then? There’s a well known issue with MacOS and FTDI devices. The USB/serial driver that ships as part of MacOS conflicts with the driver provided by FTDI, and it can cause ports to get locked out. If a reboot allows the Mac to connect again, that’s probably the issue.
