No contact with TL-410 laser

Win10 says TL 410 is on com 4 but there is no contact with laser hardware

Does the Laser window say COM 4 at the bottom?
What message is in the Console window?

Thanks for the reply! I’ve managed to get it to respond in Lightburn after reinstalling software and choosing Topwisdom as a device.
Now, I have to learn how to use it.
