No engraving is done

Hi all !

I just got ATOMSTACK A5 and the license for LightBurn v.0.9.24
The attached video better explains what I am experiencing as concerns :
https://files.fm/f/q6qnznmh9

1- I load an image,
2- I center it on the set,
3- I place the lens at point 0 (top-left) of my machine,
4- I start printing,
5- The laser makes an “empty” horizontal line up to "the middle of the board
6- It turns on the laser without engraving

There I am at 37% but still nothing, the same horizontal line
I don’t understand what is happening, I can’t position the lens correctly and no engraving is done.

Can you help me please ?

Does this setup have limit switches? Where does the laser go when you first turn the system on?

I see you have the Device origin set to back-left, indicated by the small red square.

Origin

This is the origin corner or 0,0 location for your laser. If you have a GCode based system, this is almost always at the front left, regardless of the location of your limit switches.

If you have a DSP laser, like Ruida or Trocen, the origin is usually where the limit switches are placed, and will will be the corner the laser seeks when powered up.

If your laser output is mirrored horizontally or vertically, move the dot to the opposite corner, horizontally or vertically, depending on the direction that the output is mirrored, and that will correct it. - Redirecting...

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
Now the laser draws but does not burn.

I tried an imported image and alphabetic letters, the laser does the path without burning.
It works fine with the LaserGRBL software on the other hand, but not with LightBurn.
