Did something change with the object rotation with the update? or a bug?
I’m not able to rotate objects after updating. any ideas?
disregard - a computer reset has fixed the issue.

If the rotation handles are missing, then the Rotate control switch / toggle in the lower-left corner of the workspace probably got clicked by accident:
If it’s something else, then more details and maybe a screenshot showing what you’re (not) seeing will help.
