No puedo activar licencia

Hola,

No puedo activar mi licencia, me aparece el siguiente error:

He escrito a support@lightburnsoftware.com , me indican los siguientes pasos:

Follow these steps:

  • Enter your license key number in the License page of the software
  • Click the ‘Request offline activation’ button
  • It will prompt you for a file name
  • Save the OFR (offline request) file
  • Copy the OFR file to a computer or device with internet access
  • Email me the OFR file, along with your license key number

The OFR file contains the fingerprint of your computer. We process the request here and send back a response file. You then:

  • Copy the response file to the offline computer
  • Run LightBurn again
  • Click ‘Process offline activation’
  • Choose the response file you were sent and click OK

Please open the Hosts File and confirm that the routing for Cryptlex isn’t customized.

The last three lines in the host file are an attempt to circumvent our License System by unauthorized sellers.

With LightBurn Closed, Simply delete the last three lines of the Hosts file and and save it.

When you restart LightBurn you should be able to reach the server.

With the Hosts file repaired, you should be able to reach the server.

Please Restart your computer then retest the License tools. :slight_smile:

¿Se podría activar a través de Cryptlex? No consigo acceder y tampoco puedo recuperar la contraseña en “Forgot password” → “Recover password”.

Could it be activated through Cryptlex? I can’t log in and I can’t recover the password in “Forgot password” → “Recover password”.

Try disabling any firewall. It’s likely that a port is being blocked.

Are you actively on VPN? If so try disconnecting that as well.

No tengo VPN y tengo puesto https://api.cryptlex.com/ en la lista blanca del firewall del router + habilitada la aplicación en el firewall de Windows…

I don’t have a VPN and I have https://api.cryptlex.com/ set to 1 on the router’s firewall whitelist + the application enabled in the Windows firewall…

Sigue sin dejarme activar la licencia.

It still won’t let me activate the license.

Disable the firewall entirely. You may be missing a required port or address.

This may be worth review.

There is a port 443 that may need to be whitelisted.
