The machine was working OK and suddenly I can’t move the head and I get Error 22. I tried everything, switch off, deinstall and reinstall the software, nothing works. HELP!!!
By the way, with LaserGRBL works ok.

Mi máquina Two Trees TTS 55Pro estaba trabajando perfectamente durante meses y de pronto no puedo mover el cabezal laser y aparece ERROR 22 FEED RATE HAS NOT YET BEEN SENT OR IS UNDEFINED. Uso LightBurn 2.0.03. Lo cambié a 2.2.02 y el problema persiste.
El software LaserGRBL funciona perfecto, sin problemas, y es gratis !!!
My Two Trees TTS 55Pro machine had been working perfectly for months, but suddenly I can’t move the laser head and I get an error message saying “ERROR 22 FEED RATE HAS NOT YET BEEN SENT OR IS UNDEFINED.” I’m using LightBurn 2.0.03. I downgraded to 2.2.02, and the problem persists. Also I tried uninstall and reinstall the software. Nothing helps.
The LaserGRBL software works perfectly, without any issues, and it’s free!
Please test the solution @Ran offers here,
With LightBurn running and your laser engraver connected…
Click the Laser Tools button along the top row.
When the pop-up menu appears, click the Additional Settings tab on the right.
Before you push the Read From Controller button, please capture the screen that you’re seeing, so we can compare a before and after shot to see what changed. These are simulation settings and shouldn’t be connected to what we’re seeing.
Again, If you haven’t attempted this fix yet, please take the screenshot. (instructions below)
Press the Read From Controller button.
Take one more screenshot and drag the two images into a reply here.
Does the fix above also work for your laser engraver?
This happened to me this morning. I have not had this happen for a while and do not know why it forgets that setting. If you look at the Move window, you will see the Speed box has a zero. Change that to your preferred Jogging speed and you are ready to go.
I have already mentioned this to support (@JohnJohn ) and I think they are working on it.
UPDATE: I set the speed and saved the Preferences in my own folder, different than the default for Lightburn. I then exited Lightburn.
I reloaded Lightburn and the Speed was again zero. I loaded my Prefs file I had just saved and and the 3000mm/m setting returned.
It appears the Speed is not being saved in the default Prefs save operation.
UPDATE-2: It appears the setting is not being loaded from the Prefs.ini file. I saved a Prefs backup as the INI file and it still did not populate the Speed box.
LightBurn 2.0.03 Win 10?
Thank you for revisiting this and testing to confirm it.
Much appreciated.
Yes, -03 and Win10.
I usually use Home and a Macro during setups, so I do not know is it is a constant or intermittent issue. I usually set focus before powering up, but not today, using Jog instead.
I reverted your ‘Solved’ message because you didn’t say how you solved it.
I’ve merged your two threads because the subject and the advice are the same.
We can continue to work on this here if needed.
