Just installed 1.7.08 on. MacBook with Sequioa 15.5. All that’s been done on this first time install is Find My Laser, which it did nicely. While most looks fine, there is no Start button to be found.
Any ideas on why? How to fix?
Perhaps it’s been disabled:
Disable Start Button is not toggled on.
Remember, this is a first time install on a new Mac.
I’ve never done an install where no Start was an install default.
You had this same issue in December. Seemed to be resolved with this post. Apparently you have a Design Only License. Don’t know where or how that came to be, but I suggest you contact support@lightburnsoftware.com and reference the previous thread.

Based on Tim’s reply (thank you Tim), I did some digging with our internal tools. Reached out to Oz to get the backstory. We suggest you tag these keys for testing or put them somewhere in a collection that aren’t your usual keys. To assist, I see Oz shared 5 of these “Design Only” keys for testing back in Nov. 2021.

I have ESPN, LOL.

I do remember the issue but did not remember the cause.
The design designation isn’t viewable to me in Cryptlex.
I’ll just use another of my many LightBurn licenses.

I’ve deactivated and activated two additional licenses but still no Start button.
Also I’ve tried deleting/emptying trash and even an older version to see if that helped.
Still, after all these efforts I get no Start button … any clue of what else I could try?
The licenses I used to perform these tests start with: 9416B3 and B0F83A and A8F1EC.
@Rick I’d DM you with full license details but these will hopefully be enough to check.

I’m in a loop, it seems.
When I Deactivate I get the Start button back.
However, putting in even a valid full license results in Design Only.
Having applied a Design Only license on a computer, how do I revert?
